Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 (Regulations), Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract Regulations Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Exchange) it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Crew B.O.S. Products Limited w.e.f. May 12, 2017 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on December 04, 2016 has issued public notice in the newspaper for compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members of the Company & Share Transfer Books shall remain close from October 28, 2013 to November 7, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on November 07, 2013.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on September 03, 2012. Further the Register of members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain close from August 27, 2012 to September 03, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and transacting the business(s) thereat. The Board has not recommended any dividend for the Financial year ended March 31, 2012. (FY 2011-12)

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 13, 2011, have approved the allotment of 1210267 equity shares each to warrant holders due to the conversion of preferential warrants. The allotted equity share will rank pari with existing equity shares.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on September 19, 2011. Further the Register of members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain close from September 12, 2011 to September 19, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and transacting the business(s) thereat.

Products Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 have approved the allotment of 37500 equity shares each to Mr. Rajive Suri and Mrs Jyotsna Suri due to the conversion of preferential warrants. The allotted equity share will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at it meeting held on October 30, 2010 have approved the allotment of 75,000 equity shares to Mr. Vinod Dhawan due to the conversion of preferential warrants. The allotted equity share will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on September 13, 2010. Further the Register of members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain close from September 06, 2010 to September 13, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and transacting the business(s) thereat.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors have declared an interim dividend of 7.5% for the financial year 2006-07 in their meeting held on January 27,2007. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the record date for the purpose of ascertaining shareholders to whom dividend would be payable is February 15, 2007.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the AGM of the members of the Company will be held on July 28, 2006 and that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain close from July 22, 2006 to July 28, 2006. (both days inclusive).

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2005-06 would be February 10, 2006.

Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 16, 2005 to July 20, 2005 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM to be held on July 28, 2005 and declaration of dividend on the Equity shares of the Company, as against from August 06, 2005 to August 10, 2005 (both days inclusive) as informed earlier.
