Cranes Software International Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Board Meeting held on June 13, 2012 it has been decided to shift the Company's Registered Office from #29, 7th Cross, 14th Main, Vasanthnagar, Bangalore-560052 to #2, Tavarekere, Bannerghatta Road, 1st Phase, 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore-560029 and shareholders of the Company may correspond at the new address. It is also hereby notified that all the books of account and statutory records will stand shifted to the new address. This decision has been taken as a cost control measure and for administrative convenience.
