CMC Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2013, inter alia, has recommended for consideration of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on June 26, 2013 payment of dividend at the rate of Rs. 17.50 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2013 to be paid on or after June 28, 2013 but before July 25, 2013.
