RPG Itochu Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that February 04, 2010 has been fixed as the Record Date for implementing the Scheme of Arrangement between RPG Itochu Finance Limited and Summit Securities Limited (Summit) and Brabourne Enterprises Limited (Brabourne) and Octav Investments Limited (Octav) and CHI Investments Limited (CHI) and their respective shareholders. As per the Scheme RPG Itochu Finance Limited (RIFL) will issue equity shares to the shareholders of the erstwhile CHI Investments Limited as under, pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Bombay High Court
