Cheslind Textiles Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in thier meeting held on May 31, 2006 have recommended a dividend of 10% on equity shares subject to approval of members. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from September 05, 2006 to September 15, 2006 (both days inclusive) for payment of 10% dividend on equity shares for the year 2005-06, if approved by the members.
