Chemfab Alkalis Limited has informed the Exchange that Teamec Chlorates Limited has fiex record date as May 26, 2017 for determining the eligibile shareholders of the mergered entity viz., Chemfab Alkalis Limited for allotment of shares of the Company, on basis of the swap ratio (10 equity shares of rs. 10/- each in Teamec Chlorates Limited credited as fully paid up for every 7 Equity shares of Rs. 5 each fully paid up and held by such member in the merged entity Chemfab Alkalis Limited) as per the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by NCLT.
