Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "In terms of sub-regulation 6 of regulation 13 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and other applicable provisions of the listing agreement, etc we are to inform that, as per the disclosure received from M/s Ghoshal & Ghosal, Chartered Accountants on 25.08.2008, who have been re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2008-09 by Comptroller & Auditor General of India, non of the partners of the firm have any shareholding in BRPL."

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that as per the disclosure received from Shri B M Bansal, who has been appointed as Director of the Company with effect from September 07, 2007, Shri B M Bansal and his dependent family members do not hold any shares of BRPL (Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd).

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that as per the disclosure received from M/s Ghoshal & Ghosal, Chartered Accountants, who have been appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2007-08 by Comptroller & Auditor General of India vide letter No. CA. V/COY/CENTRAL GOVT. BRPL (1)/6 dated 27.07.2007 none of the partners of the firm have any shareholding in BRPL (Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd).

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "As per the disclosure received from Shri T V John (who has been appointed as Director (Finance) of the Company with effect from December 01,2006), Shri T V John holds 150 equity shares of BRPL. His dependent family members do not hold any shares of BRPL".

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that Shri G Bhanumurthy, appointed as Director of the Company with effect from July 10, 2006, and his dependent family members do not hold any shares of BRPL.

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that as per the disclosure received from Shri V P Joy and Shri Maninder Singh, (who have been appointed as Directors of the Company with effect from March 22, 2006), Shri V P Joy and Shri Maninder Singh and their dependent family members holds Nil shares of the Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd.

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that Shri A Saran (who has been appointed as Director (Operations) of the Company with effect from February 01, 2006) holds 100 equity shares of BRPL. His dependent family members do not hold any shares of BRPL.

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that Shri A M Uplenchwar (who has been appointed as a Director on BRPL Board w.e.f. December 27, 2005) Shri A M Uplenchwar does not hold any shares of BRPL in his own name. However, his dependent family member (his wife) holds 500 equity shares of BRPL.
