Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. had informed the Exchange vide its letter dated March 25, 2009 notifying about the Merger of Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (BRPL) with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IndianOil) effective March 25, 2009. The Scheme of Amalgamation provides for a swap ratio of 4:37 i.e. 4 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of IndianOil (the Transferee Company) as fully paid for every 37 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of BRPL (the Transferor Company). The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed April 28, 2009 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaini

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from August 22, 2008 to September 10, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility for payment of Dividend for the year 2007-08. Further the dividend will be payable after approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in September, 2008.

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that the register of members and the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 17,2005 to September 01,2005(both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility for payment of final dividend for the year 2004-05.The BODs had recommended a final dividend of Rs.6.00 per share of Rs.10/- each for the year 2004-05.

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited (CSEA) vide their letter dated February 24, 2005 has communicated the approval of the Exchange for Voluntary Delisting of BRPL's equity shares (as requested by BRPL) with effect from March 01, 2005 and the name of the company has been delisted from the Official list and Quotation of the Exchange. However, considering the interest of the general investors, the shares of BRPL have simultaneously been shifted to Permitted Category of the Exchange as informed by CSEA.

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that the BOD of the company in its meeting held on October 28, 2004, has fixed November 16, 2004 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility for payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2004-05, if declared by the Board. The Company has further informed that the Interim Dividend of the Company for the year 2004-05 will be paid on or after November 29, 2004, if declared by the BoD's.
