Govt./BRPL (1)/(9) dated 31.7.2008 has re-appointed M/s Ghoshal & Ghosal, Chartered Accountants, Kolkata as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2008-09".

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "Shri M Deva Sarma has been appointed as the Company Secretary of Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited with effect from 1st April, 2008 in place of Shri V N Murthy who has since been released from the Company with effect from 31st March, 2008 consequent upon his resignation from the Company.
