Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 30, 2008 decided the following: (1) The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on September 24, 2008. (2) The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2008 to September 24, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and also for ascertainment of entitlement for proposed dividend, if declared by the shareholders.

Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that: 1) The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 21, 2007. 2) The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2007 to September 21, 2007 (both days inclusive). This book closure is for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for ascertaining the shareholders and / or beneficiaries entitled to final dividend, if declared.

Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "The securities of the Company have been delisted from the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Limited w.e.f. 23rd January, 2007, intimated to the Company by the Exchange vide its letter dated 25th January, 2007 pursuant to the application for voluntary delisting of securities made by the Company".
