Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 15, 2010, unanimously elected Mr. Shiv Jatia as the Chairman of the Board. Accordingly, his new designation is Chairman and Managing Director.

Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated February 12, 2010 that "The Board of Directors in its meeting held today appointed the following persons as additional directors pursuant to Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956, in the capacity of Independent Non-Executive Directors: (1) Mr. Lalit Bhasin; (2) Mr. Dinesh C Kothari; (3) Mr. Gautam R Divan".

Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 21st September, 2007 appointed Mr.Radhe Shyam Saraf as Additional Director on the Board of the Company".

Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "Mr. Radhe Shyam Saraf resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 30th July, 2007".

Asian Hotels Ltd has informed the Exchange that "Mr. Arun K. Saraf was appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. R.S. Saraf by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 8th January, 2007. However, Mr. Arun K. Saraf ceased to be an Alternate Director at the meeting held on 22nd January, 2007 as Mr. R.S. Saraf, the original director came back to town and attended the said meeting".

Asian Hotels Ltd had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have in their meeting held on January 25, 2006, co-opted Mr. S. S. Bhandari as Additional Director on the Board. The company has now informed the Exchange that the appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the next AGM of the Company.
