Andhra Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the bank at its meeting held on May 22, 2018 No dividend is recommended by the bank for the financial year 2017-18.

Andhra Bank has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of the Directors of the Bank on 15.03.2007 have declared an Interim Dividend of 20% to be paid to the shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members as on 23rd March, 2007. The date of payment of Dividend is 30th March, 2007".

Andhra Bank has informed the Exchange that the BODs of the bank at their meeting held on April 27,2005 declared a final dividend for 2004-2005 @ 15% payable to the shareholders of the bank whose name appear in the register of members as on May 12,2005.The bank has further informed that the register of members will be closed for dividend payout from May 13,2005 to May 25,2005(both days inclusive) and the dividend payout date is May 26,2005.
