CESC Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014 has recommended to the members at the Annual General Meeting payment of Equity Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014 @80% of Rs.8 per share on the paid up share capital of the Company as on that date. The dividend will be tax free in the hands of the shareholders but shall be subject to tax thereon payable by the Company.

Hubtown Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- (10%) per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
