Symphony Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2017, has declared 3rd interim dividend of 50% i.e. Rs 1/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each amounting to Rs 841.99 lacs including dividend distribution tax. The interim dividend will be paid on or before March 10, 2017.
