Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of��Zylog Systems Limited (ZYLOG)����w.e.f. February 24, 2021 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on November 26, 2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from November 11, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015.

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from November 17, 2014 to November 19, 2014 (inclusive of both dates) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on November 19, 2014.

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from December 21, 2013 to December 24, 2013 (inclusive of both dates) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on Decmber 24, 2013.

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 29, 2013 has accepted exercise of over allotment option under the information memorandum dated April 25, 2013 and Issue 1,450,000 GDSs(4,350,000 equity shares) at a price of $2.76 aggregating to $4,002,000 of the Company, on the terms and condition of aforesaid information Memorandum and in accordance with applicable laws. The issue of GDSs under the overallotment option will be open through May 29, 2013.

Zylog Systems Limited had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from September 21, 2012 to September 25, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed to be held on September 25, 2012 & payment of dividend, if approved at the AGM. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from September 22, 2012 to September 25, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from September 21, 2012 to September 25, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company proposed to be held on September 25, 2012 & payment of dividend, if approved at the AGM.

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2012 the Board has fixed the record date as July 03, 2012 for the purpose of determining eligible shareholders for sub-divided shares consequent to sub-division of Equity shares capital.

Zylog Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2012 have approved, subject to approval of shareholders in the General Meeting, sub-division of company's equity shares. Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each, shall stand sub-dividend into two equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) each.

Further the Board has approved the date of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer books for the purpose of dividend from September 23, 2010 to September 30, 2010 (both days inclusive).
