The Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29, 2009. Further, the Board of Directors at their meeting has also decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book from September 19, 2009 to September 29, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting & Dividend.

The Company further informs that the Annual General Meeting will be held on September 27, 2008 and the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book will be closed from September 18, 2008 to Septemer 27, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
