Zandu Realty Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a supplemental Agreement with M/s Sheth Corp Private Limited (SCPL), Mumbai in respect of the Development Agreement which was entered into by the Company on September 09, 2011 with SCPL for development of Residential Housing Complex on its land situated at 70, Gokhale Road (South), Dadar, Mumbai- 400025. Further, the Company has informed the Exchange that as per the terms of this supplemental Agreement an Industrial Building(s) will be constructed on the said Land instead of Residential Housing Complex.

Zandu Realty Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a Development Agreement with M/s Sheth Corp Private Limited, Mumbai to construct, build and develop residential housing complex on its land situated at 70, Gokhale Road (South) Dadar, Mumbai-400025. These steps have been taken to commercially and gainfully exploit the assets and properties of the Company in the business of Real Estate. The said project is expected to be completed within a period of 42 months.
