Xl Telecom Limited has informed the Exchange that, the dividend, if declared by the members at the adjourned Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on March 30, 2009, will be paid on and from April 17, 2009.

Xl Telecom Limited has informed the Exchange that the following have been approved at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 27, 2008: 1) Recommended 15% Dividend for the year 2007-08. 2) approved notice for convening Annual General Meeting for the year 2007-08 on November 14, 2008. 3) to close the register of members and share transfer books from November 08, 2008 to November 14, 2008 (both days inclusive).

Xl Telecom Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 27th January, 2007 has fixed Thursday, 15th February, 2007 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the Interim Dividend of 10% on Equity Share Capital of the Company declared by the Board in their meeting held on 27th January, 2007. In partial modification to the earlier letter we would like to inform that Interim Dividend of 10% so declared by the Board will be paid on and from 19th February, 2007, instead of 12th February, 2007".
