Wyeth Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2014, has transacted the following:(1) During the year ended March 31, 2014, the Company paid an interim dividend of Rs. 145 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (1450%) aggregating to Rs. 32,944 Lakhs. The Board of Directors of the Company do not recommend any further Dividend.

Wyeth Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2013 considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wyeth Ltd ("Transferor Company" or "Company") with Pfizer Ltd ("Transferee Company") under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Wyeth Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2013 has Made an additional provision for doubtful debts of Rs. 594 lakhs (quarter ended December 31, 2012 Rs. 550 lakhs and year ended March 31, 2013 Rs. 1144 lakhs) in respect of fraud committed against the Company.

The Company had informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2013 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter, January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013 and for the year ended March 31, 2013. At the said meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2013.
