Welspun Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, on April 22, 2015approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Welspun Enterprises Ltd, Welspun Infratech Limited, Welspun Plastics Private Limited, Welspun Infra Projects Private Limited and Welspun Projects Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.

Welspun Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay, on April 10, 2015, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Welspun Enterprises Ltd, Welspun Infratech Limited, Welspun Plastics Private Limited, Welspun Infra Projects Private Limited and Welspun Projects Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The said scheme is subject to approval of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad.

Welspun Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that under the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the High Court of Gujarat in January 2014 leading to the Demerger of Welspun Corp Limited to Welspun Enterprise Limited, the Company had issued equity shares representing 8.76% of its share capital to JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, which is the depository bank on behalf of the GDR holders of Welspun Corp Limited. Subsequently the Company had completed the issuance of the GDRs to GDR holders.
