Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of��Vijay Shanthi Builders Limited (VIJSHAN)����w.e.f. February 24, 2021 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on November 26, 2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. Vijay Shanthi Builders Limited has informed the Exchange that the register of Members and share transfer books of the Company shall remain cloased from September 22, 2018 to September 28, 2018(both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 28, 2018.
