Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 07, 2018, recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share.

Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on April 28, 2011 the Board recommended a dividend of Rs.2.50 per Share on Bank's Equity Share Capital and at 7.75% p.a. on Perpetual Non Cumulative Preference Share Capital (PNCPS) of the Bank payable to Government of India for the Financial Year 2010-2011.

Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that the Board, at its meeting held on April 28, 2009 recommended a dividend of Re.1 per Share on Bank's Equity Share Capital and at 6% p.a. on Perpetual Non Cumulative Preference Share Capital (PNCPS) of the Bank payable to Government of India on pro-rata basis for the Financial Year 2008-2009.
