Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that as per the powers delegated by the Board, the Bank has decided to raise Additional Tier - I Bonds (Series III) amounting to Rs.500 Crore.Bank has received ratings of "ICRA AA- (hyb)" with negative outlook by ICRA Ltd and "CARE AA-" (Double A minus) by CARE Ltd for the proposed issue of the said Bonds.
