Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from May 05, 2016 till May 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors/Designated employees of the Bank. The trading window will open on May 16, 2016.

Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 09, 2015 for Directors/Designated Persons of the Bank on account of Board Meeting to be held on November 06, 2015 to approve the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Accordingly Trading Window will open on November 10, 2015.

Vijaya Bank has informed the Exchange that with reference to the Annual General Meeting Notice dated May 19, 2015, Bank clarify that the Register of Shareholders and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 16, 2015 to June 22, 2015 both days inclusive for the purpose of dividend and the dividend shall be paid to those shareholders who stand registered on the Bank's Register of Members as at the end of business hours on June 15, 2015 instead of June 16, 2015 as inadvertently indicated in the Notice.
