Varun Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Raaja Jain has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September 26, 2013 due to his pre-occupation elsewhere.

Varun Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that 1. Mr. R. Somani has been resigned as Vice - President ( Legal ), Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 18,2013. 2. Mr. Jitendra J. Gandhi has been appointed as General Manager ( Corporate ), Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 19, 2013.

Varun Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 03, 2012, appointed Shri Kuresh Taherbhai Rajkotwala as Additional Director with immediate effect to hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Varun Industries Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated June 18, 2012 that Mr Kiran N. Bade has been resigned as Vice-President (Legal) & Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. June 14, 2012. Further the Company has appointed Mr. R. Somani as Vice-President(Corporate) & Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f June, 15, 2012.

Mukhopadhyay, Independent Director who was retiring by rotation at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 09, 2010, had not sought re-appointment and hence, ceased to be a Director from that date. Further the members approval was secured at the said meeting for the appointment of Shri Varun Mehta as a Director and Whole Time Director w.e.f October 31, 2009 to October 30, 2014.
