Utv Software Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2008 has recommended a dividend of Rs.1/- per share (i.e 10%) on the face value of Rs.10/- per equity share.

Utv Software Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 25,2007, approved the following: 1) Have declared an interim dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 2,28,93,608 equity shares. 2) Have decided to fix February 09, 2007 as the record date for ascertaining the members eligible for interim dividend. The said interim dividend will be paid after February 09, 2007.
