With this technology tie up / arrangement the Company shall be able to manufacture 'Fortified Rice' which is fortified with micro nutrients that are essential for addressing malnutrition. Fortified Rice is also having rising demand amongst the health conscious people across the world. After this technology tie up the Company will manufacture 'Fortified Rice' from Basmati as well as Non-Basmati Rice.

Usher Agro Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company signed an MOU with National Bulk Handling Corporation Limited (NBHC) for providing storage and handling of food grains across India for the company on a long term basis. In this context NBHC Limited is building first warehousing complex with silo with a capacity of 50,000 MT for storage of food grains exclusively for the company at Chhata Dist- Mathura-UP.
