Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Usher Agro Limited (USHERAGRO) w.e.f. March 02, 2020 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on November 26, 2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).

Usher Agro Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2018 to September 29, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2018.

Usher Agro Limited has informed the Exchange that the share transfer and allotment committee of Usher Eco Power Limited in its meeting held on August 22, 2010, allotted 91,17,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Usher Agro Limited and after the share allotment the shareholding of Usher Agro Limited will increase from 44.35% to 70.18%. After this allotment Usher Eco Power Limited is Subsidiary of Usher Agro Limited.
