Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Resignation of Mr DINESH JOSHI as Independent Director of the company w.e.f. November 11, 2019.

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that there is change in Board of Directors of the Company due to death of Mr. Anil Joshi (Independent Director) on November 16, 2015.Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 25(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company fulfills the requirement of Independent Directors in its Board without filling the vacancy created by death of Independent Director Mr. Anil Joshi.

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange tMr. Ashish Kishore Avarsekar has resigned from the directorship of the Company and he ceased to be an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. July 1, 2014.

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that Mrs. Pushpa Kishore Avarsekar has resigned from the directorship of the Company and she ceased to be an Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. Sepetmber 07, 2013.

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Manoj Thakar has resigned from the Company from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. June 30, 2010. Mr. Prakash Chavan has been appointed as the Company Secretary who would also act as the Compliance Officer.

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on October 01, 2008, Mr. Dinesh Joshi was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company, who has been appointed as an Independent Director.

Mr. Manoj Thakkar has been appointed as "Company Secretary' in his place who would be Compliance Officer of the Company. Mr. Madhav Nandkarni has been promoted as the "Chief Financial Officer" of the Company."
