Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Company has been awarded a contract amounting to Rs.92 crores (Rupees Ninety Two Crores Only) exclusive of VAT and Service Tax (The Contract Value is exclusive of Ready Mix Concrete, Reinforcement Steel, Blocks / bricks for masonry and Mivan shuttering material) for construction of Nine Residential High-rise buildings at Hinjewadi, Pune from Flagship Infrastructure Private Limited to be completed within 42 months".

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Joint Venture between Unity Infraprojects Limited (UIL) and Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited (BIL) and Brahmaputra Consortium Limited (BCL) has been awarded an order aggregating to Rs.135.70 crores for Construction of Tezpur Medical College at Blhugori, Tezpur, Assam from the PWD, Government of Assam, UIL's stake in the Joint venture is 51%. The Project is to be executed within 24 months".

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The our Company has received the Letter of Intent from Magarpatta Retail Private Limited for Civil Construction works of the proposed building for Magarpatta Retail Mall Project at Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune 411013. The Contract Value is Rs.102.14 crores (exclusive of VAT (WCT) & service tax) and the project is to be completed with 9.5 months from commencement of work".

Unity Infraprojects Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Company has received the Letter of Intent from Offbeat Developers Private Limited, Mumbai for Civil Construction Work for construction of Mall named Market City, at Kurla, Mumbai. The Contract Value of the Project is Rs.57.41 crores (Rupees Fifty Seven Crores and Forty One Lakhs Only) excluding the cost of concrete and it is to be completed within 15 months".
