M AND B Switchgears Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2013, has appointed Mr. Rajiva Kumar Srivastava and CA Santosh Muchhal, as the additional Independent Directors in the Main Board of the Company.

M And B Switchgears Limited has informed the Exchange at that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 13, 2012 : (1) The Board considered and passed the resolution to increase the authorized capital of the company subject to the approval of shareholders General Meeting; (2) Board considered and passed the resolution for FPO/ADR/GDR/Preferential Allotment subject to the approval of Shareholders in the General Meeting.

M And B Switchgears Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 01, 2012:(1) Board approved that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company will be held on March 29, 2012 and also approved the draft notice for the same.(2) Board has discussed the disinvestment of shares of its wholly owned subsidiary. As the subsidiary is recently formed and business is not yet started, board has decided to depose of all its holding through sale/ transfer of shares at the Fair Value.
