Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2) b of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Tulip Telecom Limited w.e.f. May 30, 2018.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 28, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Tulip Telecom Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has fixed Book Closure from September 25, 2013 to September 30, 2013 (inclusive of both days) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2013.

Tulip Telecom Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2009. The Company has announced the Book Closure from September 25, 2009 to September 29, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of final dividend for the F.Y. 2008-2009. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend will be made after September 29, 2009.

Tulip Telecom Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated February 19, 2009 that "In terms of the approval granted by the Board of Directors of the Company on 19th January 2009 to extinguish, restructure, buyback / redemption of FCCBs, the company, till date, has repurchased the FCCBs aggregating to US$ 30.50 million."

The Company has announced the Book Closure from September 22, 2008 to September 26, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of final dividend for the Financial Year 2007-2008. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend will be made on or after September 26, 2008.

Further, for the purpose of final dividend, the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from September 25, 2007 to September 29, 2007, both days inclusive.
