Teledata Informatics Limited has informed the Exchange that "Board of Directors of our company, decided in their meeting held on 5th November, 2007 to defer the declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2007-08 till listing/relisting of following entities, namely (1) Teledata Informatics Ltd. (2) Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd. (3) Teledata Technology Solutions Limited. This was due to the decision taken by the Board of Directors of our company that the shareholders should be entitled for dividend in all three companies (including Teledata Informatics Ltd.) which would be possible
