Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2) b of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 , it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Tecpro Systems Limited w.e.f. August 08, 2018 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 28, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for�� proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/CorporateAnnouncements).

Tecpro Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 24, 2013 to September 30, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 30, 2013.

Tecpro Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from August 04, 2012 to August 13, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") scheduled to be held on August 13, 2012 and declaration of dividend, if approved at the AGM.

Tecpro Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from August 04, 2011 to August 08, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 08, 2011 and the declaration of dividend, if approved in the said meeting.
