Tata Metaliks Ltd has informed the Exchange that the 110,000 TPA Ductile Iron Pipe manufacturing facility of M/s Tata Metaliks Kubota Pipes Limited, (subsidiary of Tata Metaliks Limited) has been inaugurated at Kharagpur on March 07, 2009 by Mr. B Muthuraman, Managing Director Tata Steel Ltd. The plant is set up within the premises of Tata Metaliks Pig Iron Plant at Kharagpur. Trial runs at the DI Pipe Plant have commenced.

Tata Metaliks Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on July 16, 2008, Tata Metaliks Limited had applied to The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited ("The Exchange"), for voluntary delisting of its Equity Shares from the Exchange.
