Tantia Constructions Limited has informed the Exchange vide letter dated December 08, 2012 that the Committee of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on December 08, 2012 has allotted 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 74.25 per share pursuant to Conversion of Equivalent Number of Convertible Warrants after receipt of Notice from the Warrant holder(s). Consequently, the Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 17,36,30,660 to Rs. 18,96,30,660 by addition of 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each.

Tantia Constructions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has completed the buy-back of 5000 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of US $ 5,000,000 from the bondholder at mutually agreed available discount rate out of Funds from Internal Accruals of the Company, which was allotted by the company on July 30, 2007. Consequently, the loan amounting Rs. 30,30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crore Thirty Lac) will reduced proportionately from the Company's balance sheet.

Tantia Constructions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 30, 2009 have decided to close the Share Transfer Books and Registers of Members from September 02, 2009 to September 09, 2009 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company to be held on September 09, 2009 and for the declaration of dividend, if approved by the members.

Tantia Constructions Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 17, 2008 have decided to close the Share Transfer Books & Registers of Member from September 17, 2008 to September 24, 2008 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company to be held on September 24, 2008 and for the declaration of dividend, if approved by the members.
