Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the ratings obtained from the Credit Analysis & Research Ltd. towards Credit Rating of long-term bank facilities of the Company of Rs. 46.48 crores that the Rating Committee has assigned a 'CAREAA-'[Double A Minus] rating to the long term facilities of the Company, applicable to facilities having tenure of more than one year and facilities with this rating are considered to offer high safety for timely servicing of debt obligations and carry very low credit risk.
