Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Ankit Jain as Additional Director of the Company (Non-Executive Independent Director), pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Sri R. Surender Reddy, Director, expressed his inability to continue as Director of the Company. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 13, 2014 approved his resignation with immediate effect.

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Mrs. Neha Agarwal has been appointed as Director on the Board of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2014.

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated August 13, 2014 that Pursuant to Section 203 (1) and Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment & Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, Sri Arun Kumar Agarwal, Executive Director, is appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company by the Board at its meeting held on even date.

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri R. Surender Reddy has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company pursuant to Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956, w.e.f. February 14, 2014.

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange : "Sri Ankit Jain, Director, retires by rotation at the Annual General Meeting held on even date. He had expressed his unwillingness for re-appointment due to pre-occupations. So Sri Ankit Jain ceases to be a Director on the Board of the Company from even date. The members of the Company at their 30th Annual General Meeting held on even date have resolved not to fill the vacancy."

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr.Srinivasulu Raju Y has joined the Company as Company Secretary. He would also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that Mrs. N. Madhavi has joined the Company as AGM (Legal) and Company Secretary. She will also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
