Surana Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 03, 2009 have recommended a dividend @ 12% on Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2008-09. If approved by the Shareholders in the AGM this will be Rs.1.20 per share payable to them.

Surana Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company had met on May 03, 2008 and decided there as follows the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book be and is hereby closed on June 02, 2008 for the purpose of Dividend to be approved in the AGM scheduled to take place on June 02, 2008.
