Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Supreme Tex Mart Limited (SUPREMETEX) w.e.f. October 17, 2019 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on June 06,2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/common/Corporate Announcements).

Supreme Tex Mart Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 21, 2017 to September 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2017.
