Sundaram Clayton Limited has informed the Exchange that the share transfer books and the register of members of the Company will remain closed for two days commencing from November 28, 2012 to November 29, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

Sundaram Clayton Limited has informed the Exchange that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed for 3 days from August 19, 2010 to August 21, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of interim dividend, if any. The interim dividend declared, if any, at the meeting to be held on August 13, 2010 will be paid to the shareholders on or after August 25, 2010.

Sundaram Clayton Limited has informed the Exchange that the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held today i.e. September 29, 2009 have approved the proposal for issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of one new equity share of Rs.5/- each for every one equity share of Rs.5/- each held by the shareholders by capitalization of an equivalent amount from the reserves of the Company as on the Record Date. Further, the Company has fixed October 12, 2009 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive the said bonus equity shares of the Company.

Sundaram Clayton Limited has informed the Exchange that for the purpose of payment of final dividend, the share transfer books and the register of members of the Company will remain closed for three days commencing from September 08, 2009 to September 10, 2009 (both days inclusive). The payment of said dividend will be made to the shareholders on or after October 01, 2009.

Sundaram Clayton Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 26, 2009, has recommended issue of bonus equity shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of one bonus equity share of Rs.5/- each for every one equity share of Rs.5/- each (in the ratio of 1:1) held by them, by capitalizing equivalent amount standing to the credit of the general reserves of the Company, for approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing annual general meeting.
