Sundaram Clayton Limited has informed the Exchange that the Hon'ble High court of Madras vide its order dated August 03, 2012 has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The certified copy of the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ROC), on August 21, 2012, and hence the Scheme has become effective from August 21, 2012, being the 'effective date' as defined under the Scheme.
