RPG Itochu Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that February 04, 2010 has been fixed as the Record Date for implementing the Scheme of Arrangement between RPG Itochu Finance Limited and Summit Securities Limited (Summit) and Brabourne Enterprises Limited (Brabourne) and Octav Investments Limited (Octav) and CHI Investments Limited (CHI) and their respective shareholders. Summit Securities Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the company shall remain closed from September 19, 2008 to September 26, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2008.

Kec International Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from December 26, 2005 to December 31, 2005 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM to be held on December 31, 2005.

Kec International Ltd. has informed the Exchange that Calcutta Stock Exchange has approved the proposal and delisted the Company's shares with effect from April 29, 2005.
