Kec Infrastructures Limited has informed the Exchange that "Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of the Board of Directors that was scheduled to be held on 11th April 2007 to consider quarterly/yearly financial results and adoption of annual accounts of the company has been postponed".

Kec International Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the BOD's of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2005, has decided to withdraw the appeal pending before the Division Bench of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, filed by the Company for the Scheme of Amalgamation of RPG Transmission Limited with the Company.
