Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2016 has approved a CAPEX of Rs.80 Crores towards setting up of Ferro Alloys Plant (Rs.55 Crores) and Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Plant (Rs.25 Crores).

Lanco Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2013 the following : Considering the present market scenario of Cement in Andhra Pradesh, the proposal for setting up of Mini Cement Plant of 3,00,000 TPA with Rotary Kiln at an estimated capital outlay of Rs. 125 Crs., as intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide letter dated November 10, 2012 has been withdrawn. If the Company considers the project at a later date, the same will be informed.
