Company has designated Mr. Omprakash Ramashakar Pathak as Managing Director of the Company because of his wide experience in Finance & Marketing w.e.f. May 08j, 2017 for the period of 3 years and his term of office shall be liable to retire by rotation.

Mr. Kapil Kumar requested the Board to relieve him from the responsibilities of the Director of the company. The Company has informed the Exchange that the same has been placed before the Board in its meeting dated October 03, 2013 for recording the same and Board has approved & accepted the above mentioned resignation. Further, it is submitted that Mr. O.P. Pathak has been appointed as the Director of the Company w.e.f. October 03, 2013.
