Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulation 22(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21(2) b of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 , it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of the Spectacle Ventures Limited w.e.f. August 08, 2018 as per Chapter V of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

Spectacle Ventures Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2018 to July 27, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 28, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for�� proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009.
