Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws of the Exchange, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) equity shares of Sita Shree Food Products Limited w.e.f. August 27, 2021 as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on August 27, 2020 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. Sita Shree Food Products Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 24, 2017 to September 29, 2017(both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2017.
