Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the admission to dealings in securities of The Sirpur Paper Mills Limited shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. March 19, 2019 on account of delisting pursuant to Regulation 3(3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.

The Sirpur Paper Mills Limited has informed the Exchange regarding intimation for delisting of the shares of The Sirpur Paper Mills Limited under Regulation 3(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 pursuant to approval of the resolution plan of JK Paper Limited by the Hon��ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad on July 19, 2018.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on February 28, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper for�� proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009. Aravali Securities & Finance Ltd., a Promoter of the Company on preferential basis as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 22, 2009 have interalia approved the following :- (1) Board has decided to close the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company from September 05, 2009 to September 10, 2009 (both days inclusive) in connection with dividend entitlement and Annual General Meeting. (2) The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 10, 2009.

The Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 21, 2008 have interalia approved the following :- (1) Board has decided to close the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company from August 23, 2008 to August 28, 2008 (both days inclusive) in connection with dividend entitlement and Annual General Meeting. (2) The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 28, 2008.

The Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Company has announced Book Closure from September 07, 2007 to September 13, 2007 both days inclusive. The date from which the dividend is payable will be within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM meeting to be held on September 13, 2007.

The Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd had informed the Exchange that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 14, 2006 to July 20, 2006 inclusive of both days, in order to enable the Register of Members to be brought upto date for the purpose of calculating the Final dividend that may be sanctioned by the Shareholders at the AGM to be held on July 20, 2006.
