Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on November 26, 2019 has issued public notice in the newspaper for proposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009.
